Tourists flocking to the seaside town of Queenscliff over the weekend were horrified to observe a menacing sea creature emerging from the ooze of Swan Bay. The creature appeared to blend in with the muddy ooze and seemed to frolic in long distance walks amongst the shallows. Previously, this creature had regularly been sighted at Anderson Inlet in Inverloch where it was known to feast on a Cafe Latte and a sausage roll. To be sighted on the other side of the Bay means this creature is now on the move….No beach is safe, and residents are advised to not approach the creature and to contact the Inverloch Windsurfing Club if in doubt.
